My review of Iris and the Dragonflies by Rosemary Danielis

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
First let say this up front, I am not a big fan of reading never have been that is why I did so poorly in school. I have in my years are getting well past half way to the promise land (I hope!). That reading is the most important tool we can give our youth. I have to say this book from Rosemary Danielis caught me by surprise and I was instantly grabbed by the collar and pull deep into this wonderful fairy tail. I love the setting in the old Irish lands.

I have always pulled for the good side of human nature and this brightly lit tail with dragon’s teeth. I love Iris as is much like most preteens kind of in a hum drum part of life.

When she sees’s the dragon fly and find’s that she can actually speak with it that is so powerful in the minds eye to me in the world of fantasy. To me traveling to the old county fit’s in with this new found power she finds through her grand mother and when she finds that small box containing the dragons tooth well I could actually see that happening to me. Lol

To me this could not have happened in the new country as the US. As there just is not that lore of the old world people who some how process those mystical ties to the land and Mother Nature. Her Grand mother does what grandmas are supposed to and helps her see the way’s of old.

The story continues as they come back to Canada, Iris learns more about her powers that
She has friends that will help her as she knows that the evil is after her and everyone.

I find this book fascinated me in a way others have not this author is brilliant in my opinion. Like I said at the beginning of this review I’m not a fan of reading until now! I will now seek this authors Rosemary Danielis writings out and pass them on to my family and grand kids. PS my two grand daughters loved reading this so much!

I highly recommend this authors book Iris and the Dragonflies

Good morning yawl! These old bones!

Good morning yawl! Boy I have to say this day it was tough getting these old bones out of the sack. Seems like in this cold weather everything just wants to stay in a nice warm bed! Old Rudy dog feels the same. The grad kids and I have a special bond with Ruby she is such a lover of the kids and they love her in return. I never leave them alone with Rudy as she is really quite big and is so happy to see them she can by accident hurt them in her excitement. She is one of those breeds that people shutter at and I do understand that as lol a weenie dog can make me climb a tree!

Ruby is the second Rottweiler we have the pleasure of having as a loyal part of our family. They have both been named Ruby and we raised them both the same way with kindness and lots of love with all of us doing a lot of hugging and holding as they grew up. My theory is that if you never show aggression to them as they grow they really never discover what that is. Now we all know that you have to make sure they know that you’re the leader and show them that they are loved and make sure you show them they belong with you!

I’ll share a little story with you that prove to me I’m right! One night when Ruby was still very young she was sleeping down in the living room when one of my grand daughters( 2 years old) woke up in a daze and walked down stairs in the dark and when she realized what she had done she got really scared and started crying.
None of us knew she was down there, you got it! Except dear sweet Ruby dog.
My son and his wife and my other grand daughter and the rest of us where all sleeping up stairs.

Our bedroom doors where open so we were really surprised when Ruby went not into my room as one would think as she hadn’t been around my son very much. And he was not a big fan of dogs.
She went right to his room and pushed his arm until he woke up! He yelled at her to get out but she would take no for and answer and just kept pushing until he got mad and got up to put her out of the house and as soon as he got down stairs he saw Helayna all curled up on the floor crying! Well you can imagine from that moment on Ruby became the hero of the hall Family and we rest easy every night knowing our protector is on duty!

The Walton's Mountain Way!

Hello folks are ya all? Well this is the time of year I enjoy the most as I’m sure you all do too. This year I was a bit late on putting away extra for gifts for the grandkids. In my family now days we are all struggling with money like the rest of the country so we decided it was time to put the brakes on frivolous gift’s and get back to the( for lack of better words ) the Walton’s mountain outlook and that is family is the most precious gift we can give to each other. And so as we tighten our belts we are shopping mainly for the kids and then just a gift or two and nothing grander than 50 bucks.

But I also decided to start a program I found online through a friend and have been so happy with the results that have been happening. Buy Thanksgiving of next year I will have a substantial amount of money on a daily basis. I have tried many programs that promise fantastic returns in short terms. But they have never worked out. That is why I like ZeeksRewards so much they make no grand promises only tell if you place on ad a day everyday in months you will have a good daily payout. That simple, that true.

Well my friends I wish you all a Very Happy Holiday Season and a wonderful New Year!
Grand Pop Hall God Bless you all!
